Road 2 Tokyo workshops introduce children to various sporting activites and are themed around the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic 2020 games.
They are being delivered to schools all over the country.
Our workshops are tailored to EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils and include an emphasis on the Olympic and Paralympic values:
friendship, respect, excellence, determination, inspiration, courage and equality
Our Workshop Days
The day will begin with an opening assembly delivering an introduction to either the Olympic or Paralympic movement, its values and the Tokyo games.
The assembly will then proceed to give a brief outline of the day to the children.
As a full day event, the children will experience the workshops on a class by class basis, participating in either five Olympic or Paralympic sports activities.
Every school taking part in Road 2 Tokyo will be entered into a prize draw to win a visit from an athlete.

We are passionate about the values of sport and we like to help engage children in physical activity. The Olympic and Paralympic Games are the pinnacle for elite athletes. However, they also act as an amazing platform to help inspire children and young people.
Road 2 Tokyo introduces children to a series of sporting activities that they rarely experience at primary school age.
Our workshops started in the build-up to London 2012 and continued four years ago for the Rio Games. Hundreds of schools have taken part in a number of workshops delivered by our experienced team.
We can’t wait to meet your school, share the magic of the Games with your children and help inspire the next generation.
